- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
- In a large bowl, combine the grated Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Drizzle the olive oil over the chicken tenderloins and toss to coat them evenly.
- Dip each tenderloin into the cheese and breadcrumb mixture, pressing gently to ensure it adheres well.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the crust is golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and let them rest for a few minutes. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
