- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Wooden or metal skewers
Instructions
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. If you're using the oven, preheat it to 400°F.
- In a large bowl, combine the chicken pieces, minced garlic, grated Parmesan, olive oil, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix until the chicken is evenly coated.
- Thread the marinated chicken onto the skewers, leaving some space between each piece for even cooking.
- If grilling, place the skewers on the grill and cook for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally until the chicken is cooked through and has nice grill marks.
- If baking, arrange the skewers on a baking sheet and bake for about 15-20 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Once cooked, remove the skewers from the grill or oven and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
