- 2 packs instant ramen noodles (discard the seasoning packets)
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 3 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 2 large eggs
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley (for garnish)
- Optional: cooked bacon or pancetta (for extra flavor)
Instructions
- Start by cooking the ramen noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.
- Lower the heat and pour in the heavy cream, stirring to combine. Let it simmer for about 3-4 minutes until slightly thickened.
- In a bowl, whisk together the eggs and parmesan cheese. Add a pinch of salt and pepper.
- Remove the skillet from heat and quickly stir in the egg mixture, making sure not to scramble the eggs.
- Add the cooked ramen to the skillet, tossing to coat the noodles evenly with the sauce.
- Serve immediately, garnished with fresh parsley and additional parmesan if desired. Enjoy!
