  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 large eggs
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley (for garnish)
  • Optional: cooked bacon or pancetta (for extra flavor)

Instructions

  • Start by cooking the ramen noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  • In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.
  • Lower the heat and pour in the heavy cream, stirring to combine. Let it simmer for about 3-4 minutes until slightly thickened.
  • In a bowl, whisk together the eggs and parmesan cheese. Add a pinch of salt and pepper.
  • Remove the skillet from heat and quickly stir in the egg mixture, making sure not to scramble the eggs.
  • Add the cooked ramen to the skillet, tossing to coat the noodles evenly with the sauce.
