A delicious Garlic Herb Shrimp Corn Boil that combines tender shrimp and sweet corn with aromatic flavors.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 4 ears of corn, husked and cut into thirds
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 5 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: red pepper flakes for a spicy kick

Instructions

  1. Prepare ingredients: peel and devein shrimp, cut corn into thirds.
  2. Boil water, add corn, and cook for 5-7 minutes until tender; set aside.
  3. In the same pot, heat olive oil and sauté garlic for 1 minute.
  4. Add shrimp, seasoning with salt, pepper, and paprika; cook for 3-5 minutes until pink.
  5. Return corn to pot, add lemon juice and parsley, and toss to mix.
  6. Serve hot, garnished with extra parsley if desired.

Notes

  • Adjust seasoning to taste.
  • For extra spice, add red pepper flakes.
