Instructions

- Cook the Lasagna Noodles:
- Cook the lasagna noodles according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Prepare the Cheese Mixture:
- In a medium bowl, combine the ricotta cheese, 1 cup of mozzarella cheese, 1 cup of Parmesan cheese, eggs, Italian seasoning, and nutmeg (if using). Mix until well combined.
- Assemble the Lasagna:
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a 9×13-inch baking dish, spread a thin layer of heavy cream on the bottom.
