Instructions
- Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add butter and let it melt, swirling it around the pan.
- Add the minced garlic and red pepper flakes, cooking until fragrant—about 1 minute.
- Increase the heat to medium-high, then add the shrimp. Season with salt and pepper.
- Cook the shrimp for 2-3 minutes on each side until they turn pink and opaque.
- Drizzle lemon juice over the shrimp and toss to combine.
- Serve over cooked rice or quinoa, garnished with chopped parsley.
