- 4 medium sweet potatoes (peeled and cubed)
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter (melted)
- 4 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon paprika (optional, for extra flavor)
- Fresh parsley chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine melted butter, minced garlic, salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Add the cubed sweet potatoes to the bowl and toss until they’re well coated.
- Spread the sweet potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Roast in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes, turning halfway through, until they are tender and golden brown.
- Once done, remove them from the oven and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
