  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter (melted)
  • 4 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley (for garnish, optional)

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  • Remove any wilted outer leaves from the cabbage and place it on a cutting board. Cut it into 1-inch thick slices.
  • In a small bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, salt, pepper, and paprika.
  • Brush both sides of each cabbage steak with the garlic butter mixture.
