  • 4 cloves garlic (minced)

  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley (chopped)
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)
  • 1 loaf crusty bread (sliced)

Instructions

  • Rinse the clams under cold water to remove any sand or grit.
  • In a large pot, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  • Pour in the white wine and lemon juice. Stir and let it simmer for 2 minutes.
  • Add the clams to the pot. Cover and cook for 5-7 minutes, or until the clams have opened.
  • Sprinkle with fresh parsley and season with salt and pepper to taste.
