  • 2 cups cooked chicken (shredded)
  • 1 package (10 oz) refrigerated or frozen cheese ravioli
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 4 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)
  • Fresh parsley (for garnish (optional))

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  • Stir in the heavy cream, salt, and pepper, bringing it to a gentle simmer.
  • Add the shredded chicken and half of the mozzarella cheese to the skillet. Mix well until everything is combined.
  • In a greased baking dish, layer half of the ravioli. Pour half of the chicken mixture over the ravioli.
  • Add the remaining ravioli on top, followed by the rest of the chicken mixture. Finish by sprinkling the remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheese over everything.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until bubbly and golden on top.
  • Once done, let it cool for a few minutes. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
