- 2 cups cooked chicken (shredded)
- 1 package (10 oz) refrigerated or frozen cheese ravioli
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 4 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper (to taste)
- Fresh parsley (for garnish (optional))
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Stir in the heavy cream, salt, and pepper, bringing it to a gentle simmer.
- Add the shredded chicken and half of the mozzarella cheese to the skillet. Mix well until everything is combined.
- In a greased baking dish, layer half of the ravioli. Pour half of the chicken mixture over the ravioli.
- Add the remaining ravioli on top, followed by the rest of the chicken mixture. Finish by sprinkling the remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheese over everything.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until bubbly and golden on top.
- Once done, let it cool for a few minutes. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
