- 2 cups cooked chicken (shredded)
- 1 cup garlic butter (store-bought or homemade)
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 can (16 ounces) refrigerated biscuit dough
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper (to taste)
- Fresh parsley (for garnish (optional))
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, garlic butter, chicken broth, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well until the chicken is coated.
- Pour the chicken mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Open the biscuit dough and cut each biscuit into quarters. Arrange the biscuit pieces over the chicken mixture.
- Sprinkle cheese evenly over the biscuits.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the biscuits are golden brown and the chicken mixture is bubbly.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
