  • 2 cups cooked chicken (shredded)
  • 1 cup garlic butter (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 can (16 ounces) refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)
  • Fresh parsley (for garnish (optional))

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, garlic butter, chicken broth, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well until the chicken is coated.
  • Pour the chicken mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
  • Open the biscuit dough and cut each biscuit into quarters. Arrange the biscuit pieces over the chicken mixture.
  • Sprinkle cheese evenly over the biscuits.
