- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup mixed berries (Strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, or blackberries.)
- 1/4 cup granola (Optional, for added crunch.)
- 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips (Optional, for drizzling.)
Instructions
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix yogurt, honey, and vanilla until smooth.
- Spread the yogurt mixture onto the lined baking sheet.
- Sprinkle mixed berries and granola evenly over the yogurt.
- Melt chocolate chips and drizzle over the top.
- Freeze for about 4 hours or until solid.
- Remove from the freezer and break into pieces.
- Serve immediately or store in an airtight container.
