- 4 cups watermelon (cubed)
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 1 tablespoon honey or agave syrup (optional)
- Fresh mint leaves (for garnish (optional))
- Chocolate or yogurt drizzle (optional)
Instructions
- Start by cutting your watermelon into cubes. Make sure to remove all seeds.
- Place the watermelon cubes on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Spread them out evenly.
- Freeze the watermelon for at least 2-3 hours. You want them nice and solid!
- Once frozen, toss the watermelon cubes into a blender or food processor.
- Add lime juice and honey (if using) to the blender. Blend until smooth and creamy.
- For a fun twist, pour the mixture into ice-pop molds or small cups. Insert popsicle sticks and freeze for another 2 hours.
- When ready to enjoy, remove from the molds and drizzle with chocolate or yogurt if desired. Garnish with mint leaves!
