- 1 cup kiwi (peeled and sliced)
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1 cup watermelon (cut into cubes)
- 1 skewers (wooden or reusable)
- optional yogurt (for drizzling)
- optional melted chocolate (for drizzling)
- optional shredded coconut (for topping)
- optional chopped nuts (for topping)
Instructions
- Start by washing all your fruits thoroughly.
- Prepare the fruits by cutting them into bite-sized pieces.
- Take a skewer and begin threading the fruit onto it.
- Once assembled, drizzle with yogurt or chocolate if desired.
- Place the kabobs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Freeze for at least 2-3 hours or until solid.
- Serve straight from the freezer and enjoy!
