- 6 cups fresh peaches (peeled and sliced)
- 3/4 cup brown sugar (coconut sugar is a healthier option)
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour (use almond flour for gluten-free)
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter (or coconut oil)
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the sliced peaches, brown sugar, cinnamon, and lemon juice. Mix well and set aside.
- In another bowl, mix the oats, flour, melted butter, and salt until crumbly.
- Pour the peach mixture into a greased 9×13-inch baking dish. Spread the oat topping evenly over the peaches.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until the topping is golden brown and the peaches are bubbly.
- Let it cool slightly before serving. Enjoy it warm or at room temperature!
