  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour (use almond flour for gluten-free)
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter (or coconut oil)
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large bowl, combine the sliced peaches, brown sugar, cinnamon, and lemon juice. Mix well and set aside.
  • In another bowl, mix the oats, flour, melted butter, and salt until crumbly.
  • Pour the peach mixture into a greased 9×13-inch baking dish. Spread the oat topping evenly over the peaches.
