- 2 cups all-purpose flour

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
- Whisk together flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon in a large bowl.

- Gradually mix dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until just combined.
- Fold in diced apples and nuts, if using.
