Instructions

  3. Add the beef broth, garlic powder, and onion powder; bring to a boil.
  4. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 18-20 minutes until the rice is tender.
  5. If using, stir in Gruyère cheese until melted.
  6. Season with salt and pepper, then serve hot, garnished with parsley if desired.
