- 1/2 cup heavy cream

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix Dijon mustard, heavy cream, garlic, thyme, salt, and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet and sear chicken for 4-5 minutes on each side.
- Pour sauce over chicken in the skillet, ensuring it’s well coated.
- Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes until chicken reaches 165°F (75°C).
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
