- 1 lb large shrimp (peeled and deveined)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon sriracha (adjust to taste)
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- to taste Salt and pepper
- Wooden or metal skewers
- Chopped green onions and sesame seeds (for garnish)
Instructions
- Soak wooden skewers in water for at least 30 minutes.
- In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, soy sauce, honey, sriracha, minced garlic, and sesame oil.
- Add shrimp to the marinade and let sit for 15-20 minutes.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Thread marinated shrimp onto the skewers, leaving space between each.
- Grill skewers for 2-3 minutes on each side until shrimp are pink and opaque.
- Remove from grill and let rest for a minute before serving.
- Garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds.
