A delicious filet mignon paired with shrimp and a rich lobster cream sauce.

Ingredients

  • 2 filet mignon steaks (about 6 oz each)
  • 8 oz shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 cup lobster cream sauce (store-bought or homemade)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Season the filet mignon with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet and sear the steaks for 4-5 minutes on each side.
  3. Remove steaks and rest; sauté garlic in the same skillet, then cook the shrimp until pink.
  4. Add lobster cream sauce to the skillet and simmer for 2 minutes.
  5. Return filet mignon to the skillet, spoon the shrimp and sauce over it, and warm through for 1 minute.

Notes

  • Adjust cooking time for steaks based on your preferred doneness.
  • Fresh parsley adds a nice touch as a garnish.
