Delicious and tender slow cooker ribs coated in flavorful barbecue sauce and spices.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 pounds of pork ribs (baby back or spare ribs)
  • 1 cup of barbecue sauce (your favorite brand)
  • 1 tablespoon of garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon of onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon of smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: 1 tablespoon of brown sugar for sweetness

Instructions

  1. Rinse ribs under cold water and pat dry with paper towels.
  2. Season ribs with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, and brown sugar if desired.
  3. Pour half of the barbecue sauce over the seasoned ribs.
  4. Place ribs in slow cooker, cover, and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
  5. After cooking, remove ribs and brush with remaining barbecue sauce.
