- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 2 lemons zest of
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- Extra lemon zest or edible glitter for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Heat the heavy cream in a saucepan over medium heat until it simmers.
- Pour the hot cream over the white chocolate chips and let it sit for 5 minutes.
- Stir until smooth and then mix in the lemon juice, lemon zest, and vanilla.
- Cover the bowl and refrigerate for 2 hours or until firm.
- Scoop out and roll into balls, placing them on parchment paper.
- Chill for another 30 minutes, then roll in powdered sugar or zest.
