  • 1 ½ cups cups crushed graham crackers (or digestive biscuits)
  • ½ cup cups unsalted butter (melted)
  • ¼ cup cups granulated sugar
  • 1 cup cups dark chocolate chips (at least 70% cocoa)
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup cups shelled pistachios (roughly chopped)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8-inch square baking dish with parchment paper.
  • Mix the crushed graham crackers, melted butter, and sugar until combined. Press this mixture into the bottom of the baking dish.
  • Bake the crust for about 10 minutes until slightly golden. Remove and let cool.
  • Melt the dark chocolate chips in a microwave or double boiler. Stir until smooth.
  • In a separate bowl, mix the sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract, and salt. Gradually add the melted chocolate.
  • Fold in the chopped pistachios. Pour the chocolate mixture over the cooled crust.
  • Bake for another 20-25 minutes until the center is set.
  • Let cool completely before cutting into squares.
