- 1 ½ cups cups crushed graham crackers (or digestive biscuits)
- ½ cup cups unsalted butter (melted)
- ¼ cup cups granulated sugar
- 1 cup cups dark chocolate chips (at least 70% cocoa)
- 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
- 1 cup cups shelled pistachios (roughly chopped)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8-inch square baking dish with parchment paper.
- Mix the crushed graham crackers, melted butter, and sugar until combined. Press this mixture into the bottom of the baking dish.
- Bake the crust for about 10 minutes until slightly golden. Remove and let cool.
- Melt the dark chocolate chips in a microwave or double boiler. Stir until smooth.
- In a separate bowl, mix the sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract, and salt. Gradually add the melted chocolate.
- Fold in the chopped pistachios. Pour the chocolate mixture over the cooled crust.
- Bake for another 20-25 minutes until the center is set.
- Let cool completely before cutting into squares.
