A refreshing salad made with crisp cucumbers, tangy yogurt, and fresh dill. Perfect for summer!

  • Total Time: 15

Ingredients

Scale
  • 3 medium cucumbers (thinly sliced)
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt (or sour cream)
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill (chopped (or 1 teaspoon dried dill))
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)
  • Optional: cherry tomatoes or feta cheese (for extra flavor)

Instructions

  • Begin by slicing the cucumbers thinly. You can use a mandoline for uniform slices or a sharp knife.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, chopped dill, lemon juice, and garlic powder. Mix well until smooth.
  • Add the sliced cucumbers to the bowl. Toss gently to coat them with the dressing.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste. If you’re adding tomatoes or feta, fold them in gently at this stage.
  • Let the salad sit in the fridge for at least 30 minutes before serving. This allows the flavors to meld beautifully.
  • Prep Time: 15
