Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Wash and scrub the potatoes, peel if desired.
- Slice the potatoes thinly (about 1/8 inch thick).
- Rinse the potato slices in cold water and pat them dry.
- Toss the potato slices in a bowl with olive oil and seasonings.
- Arrange the slices in a single layer on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Bake for 15 minutes, flip the chips, then bake for another 5-15 minutes until golden and crispy.
- Cool the chips on the baking sheet for a few minutes before serving.
