Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Wash and scrub the potatoes, peel if desired.
  3. Slice the potatoes thinly (about 1/8 inch thick).
  4. Rinse the potato slices in cold water and pat them dry.
  5. Toss the potato slices in a bowl with olive oil and seasonings.
  6. Arrange the slices in a single layer on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  7. Bake for 15 minutes, flip the chips, then bake for another 5-15 minutes until golden and crispy.
  8. Cool the chips on the baking sheet for a few minutes before serving.
