Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Tear croissants into bite-sized pieces and spread in a greased baking dish.
- Whisk together eggs, milk, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and dried parsley in a bowl.
- Pour the egg mixture over croissants and top with sausage or bacon, cheese, and green onions; gently stir.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes until golden brown and set.
- Cool for a few minutes, cut into squares, and serve warm.
