Ingredients

  • 2 pounds pork tenderloin
  • 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Trim excess fat from the pork tenderloin and season with salt, pepper, paprika, and thyme.
  2. If desired, sear the pork in a skillet over medium-high heat for 2-3 minutes on each side.
  3. Whisk together chicken broth, soy sauce, honey, and garlic in a bowl.
  4. Place the pork in the crockpot and pour the sauce over it.
  5. Cover and cook on desired heat until done.
  6. Remove, let rest, shred with forks, and serve with sauce.
