- 2 pounds pork tenderloin
- 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Trim excess fat from the pork tenderloin and season with salt, pepper, paprika, and thyme.
- If desired, sear the pork in a skillet over medium-high heat for 2-3 minutes on each side.
- Whisk together chicken broth, soy sauce, honey, and garlic in a bowl.
- Place the pork in the crockpot and pour the sauce over it.
- Cover and cook on desired heat until done.
- Remove, let rest, shred with forks, and serve with sauce.
