A delicious and hearty casserole featuring kielbasa and pierogi, perfect for a comforting meal.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound of kielbasa, sliced
  • 1 package (16 oz) frozen pierogi (potato and cheese works great)
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup diced onions
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped chives or green onions for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Slice the kielbasa and dice the onions.
  2. Mix cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  3. In a crockpot, layer half of the kielbasa, then half of the pierogi, and half of the creamy mixture. Repeat layers.
  4. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top.
  5. Cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
