Ingredients

- 1 pound of kielbasa, sliced
- 1 package (16 oz) frozen pierogi (potato and cheese works great)
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup diced onions
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped chives or green onions for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Slice the kielbasa and dice the onions.
- Mix cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- In a crockpot, layer half of the kielbasa, then half of the pierogi, and half of the creamy mixture. Repeat layers.
- Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top.
- Cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
