- 3-4 pounds chuck roast
- 1 packet Italian dressing mix
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1/2 cup pepperoncini peppers (drained)

- 8 hoagie rolls (for serving)
- Provolone cheese optional for topping
- Sautéed peppers, onions, or giardiniera optional toppings
Instructions
- Start by placing the chuck roast in your Crockpot.
- In a bowl, mix together the Italian dressing mix, beef broth, minced garlic, black pepper, and salt.
- Pour this mixture over the roast, ensuring it's well-coated.
- Add the pepperoncini peppers on top for that tangy flavor.
- Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or until the beef is tender enough to shred easily.
- Once done, shred the beef with two forks and mix it back into the juices.
- Serve on hoagie rolls, topped with provolone cheese if desired.
