Instructions
- Place the chicken breasts at the bottom of your crockpot.
- Whisk together the olive oil, minced garlic, thyme, rosemary, salt, pepper, red pepper flakes, lemon juice, and chicken broth.
- Pour the mixture over the chicken, ensuring every piece is well coated.
- Set your crockpot to low and cook for 6-7 hours or on high for about 3-4 hours.
- Once cooked, serve immediately, or let it cool, shred the chicken, and store it for later use.
