- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts Chicken Breasts
- 1 packet Ranch Dressing Mix
- 1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
- 1 cup Chicken Broth
- 1/2 cup Sour Cream
- 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- to taste Salt
- to taste Pepper
- for garnish Chopped Parsley
Instructions
- Place the chicken breasts at the bottom of your Crockpot.
- In a medium bowl, mix the ranch dressing mix, cream of chicken soup, and chicken broth (or milk). Stir until well combined.
- Pour the mixture over the chicken breasts, making sure they're well coated.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
- About 30 minutes before serving, stir in the sour cream and cheddar cheese.
- Shred the chicken using two forks and mix everything well.
- Garnish with chopped parsley, if desired, and serve hot!
