  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts Chicken Breasts
  • 1 packet Ranch Dressing Mix
  • 1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
  • 1 cup Chicken Broth
  • 1/2 cup Sour Cream
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper
  • for garnish Chopped Parsley

Instructions

  • Place the chicken breasts at the bottom of your Crockpot.
  • In a medium bowl, mix the ranch dressing mix, cream of chicken soup, and chicken broth (or milk). Stir until well combined.
  • Pour the mixture over the chicken breasts, making sure they're well coated.
  • Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
  • About 30 minutes before serving, stir in the sour cream and cheddar cheese.
  • Shred the chicken using two forks and mix everything well.
  • Garnish with chopped parsley, if desired, and serve hot!
