  • 2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • Salt to taste
  • 12 ounces fettuccine pasta
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  • Place the chicken breasts in the crockpot. Sprinkle garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and black pepper over the chicken.
  • Pour in the heavy cream and chicken broth. Stir gently to mix the seasonings.
  • Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours, until the chicken is tender and easily shredded.
  • Once cooked, shred the chicken directly in the crockpot using two forks.
  • Stir in the Parmesan cheese until melted and well combined.
  • Meanwhile, cook the fettuccine pasta according to package instructions. Drain and add to the crockpot, mixing well to coat the pasta with the sauce.
  • Serve immediately and garnish with fresh parsley, if desired.
