- 1/2 cup of all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup of olive oil
- 1/2 cup of chicken broth
- 1/4 cup of fresh lemon juice
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup of capers
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- Dredge chicken in flour, shaking off excess.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet and sauté chicken for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Place chicken in a crockpot and add chicken broth, lemon juice, garlic, and capers; stir gently.
- Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours or high for 2-3 hours.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve.
