- 2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 can cream of chicken soup (10.5 oz)
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 2 cups frozen mixed vegetables (carrots, peas, corn)
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (16 oz)

Instructions
- In your crockpot, combine the chicken breasts, cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, diced onion, mixed vegetables, garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, and black pepper. Mix well.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or high for 3-4 hours, until the chicken is cooked through and tender.
- Once the chicken is cooked, shred it right inside the crockpot using two forks.
- Open the can of biscuit dough and cut each biscuit into quarters. Gently stir the biscuit pieces into the crockpot.
- Cover and cook on high for an additional 30-40 minutes, until the dumplings are fluffy and cooked through.
- Season with salt to taste, and serve warm. Enjoy the cozy flavors!
