  • 2 lbs lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cups cups fettuccine pasta (uncooked)
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)
  • Fresh parsley (for garnish (optional))

Instructions

  • Place the chicken breasts in the bottom of the crockpot.
  • Pour the chicken broth and heavy cream over the chicken.
  • Add the minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Stir gently to combine.
  • Cover and cook on low for about 6 hours or high for 3 hours until the chicken is cooked through.
  • Once the chicken is cooked, shred it using two forks and stir in the fettuccine pasta.
  • Cover and cook for an additional 30 minutes on high, or until the pasta is tender.
  • Stir in the Parmesan cheese until melted and creamy.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
