- 2 lbs lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup cup chicken broth
- 1 cup cup heavy cream
- 1 cup cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cups cups fettuccine pasta (uncooked)
- 3 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper (to taste)
- Fresh parsley (for garnish (optional))
Instructions
- Place the chicken breasts in the bottom of the crockpot.
- Pour the chicken broth and heavy cream over the chicken.
- Add the minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Stir gently to combine.
- Cover and cook on low for about 6 hours or high for 3 hours until the chicken is cooked through.
- Once the chicken is cooked, shred it using two forks and stir in the fettuccine pasta.
- Cover and cook for an additional 30 minutes on high, or until the pasta is tender.
- Stir in the Parmesan cheese until melted and creamy.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
