Instructions
- Boil the baby potatoes in salt water until fork-tender, about 15-20 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 450°F (230°C).
- Drain the potatoes and smash each one to about half an inch thick on a baking sheet.
- Drizzle with olive oil, and season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway, until crispy and golden.
