- 1 cup of shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 cups of cabbage, finely shredded
- 1 carrot, grated

- 2 cloves of garlic, minced

- Egg roll wrappers
- Oil for frying
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Combine shrimp, cabbage, carrot, green onions, garlic, soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Place a spoonful of filling on an egg roll wrapper, fold the sides, and roll tightly. Seal edges with water.
- Heat oil in a deep frying pan over medium heat.
- Fry egg rolls for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown, in batches if necessary.
- Drain on paper towels and serve hot with a dipping sauce.
