Ingredients
Scale
- 1 medium head cauliflower (cut into florets)
- 3 tablespoons olive oil (or avocado oil)
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- to taste Salt
- to taste Pepper
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese (optional)
- to garnish Fresh herbs (like parsley or basil)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). This high temperature is key to achieving that perfect crispiness.
- In a large bowl, toss the cauliflower florets with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Make sure every floret is coated evenly.
- Spread the cauliflower on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Ensure they’re in a single layer for even roasting.
- Roast for about 25-30 minutes. Halfway through, give them a stir to ensure they brown evenly.
- If you’re using parmesan, sprinkle it over the cauliflower during the last 5 minutes of roasting.
- Once done, remove from the oven and garnish with fresh herbs. Serve immediately and enjoy!
