Delicious and versatile dumplings that are crispy on the outside and bursting with flavor on the inside! Perfect for gatherings or as a snack.

  • Total Time: 35

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup ground pork (or any protein of your choice)
  • 1 cup finely chopped vegetables (like carrots, cabbage, and mushrooms)
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic (minced)
  • 1 package rice paper wrappers (about 10 sheets)
  • Oil for frying
  • Fresh herbs (like cilantro or mint for garnish)
  • Optional dipping sauce (of your choice)

Instructions

  • Start by mixing the ground pork, chopped vegetables, soy sauce, sesame oil, and garlic in a bowl. Combine them well.
  • Soak a rice paper sheet in warm water for about 10 seconds until it’s pliable. Lay it flat on a clean surface.
  • Place about 1 tablespoon of the filling mixture in the center of the rice paper.
  • Fold the sides over the filling, then roll it up tightly from the bottom. Repeat with remaining sheets.
  • Heat oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat. Fry the dumplings for about 3-4 minutes per side, or until golden brown and crispy.
  • Drain on paper towels to remove excess oil. Serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauce.
