Ingredients
Scale
- 1 pound chicken tenders
- 1 cup breadcrumbs (panko for extra crunch)
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooking oil (for frying)
Instructions
- Start by preparing your ingredients. Set up three bowls: one for flour, one for beaten eggs, and one for the breadcrumb and parmesan mixture.
- In the first bowl, add the flour, season with salt and pepper. In the second bowl, beat the eggs until frothy. In the third bowl, mix the breadcrumbs, ranch seasoning, and parmesan cheese.
- Coat each chicken tender in flour, then dip into the egg, and finally coat with the breadcrumb mixture. Make sure they are well-covered for that perfect crunch.
- Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Once hot, add the chicken tenders in batches. Fry them for about 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Once cooked, transfer the tenders to a paper towel-lined plate to absorb excess oil. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauces!
