  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil (optional, for extra crispiness)
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a shallow bowl, combine breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  • In another bowl, beat the eggs until well mixed.
  • Dip each chicken tender into the egg mixture, letting the excess drip off, then coat it in the breadcrumb mixture.
  • Place the coated chicken tenders on the prepared baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and spray with cooking spray.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and the coating is golden brown.
