- 1 pound chicken tenders
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tablespoon olive oil (optional, for extra crispiness)

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a shallow bowl, combine breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- In another bowl, beat the eggs until well mixed.
- Dip each chicken tender into the egg mixture, letting the excess drip off, then coat it in the breadcrumb mixture.
- Place the coated chicken tenders on the prepared baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and spray with cooking spray.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and the coating is golden brown.
