  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 pieces eggs
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning (optional)
  • as needed Vegetable oil for frying

Instructions

  • Prepare the chicken breasts by pounding them to an even thickness.
  • Set up a breading station with flour, eggs, and a mixture of breadcrumbs and Parmesan.
  • Dip chicken in flour, then egg, and finally in breadcrumb mixture.
  • Heat oil in a skillet and fry the chicken until golden brown on both sides.
  • Transfer cooked cutlets to a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.
  • Serve immediately.
