  • 4 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup crispy fried onions
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs (preferably panko)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Set up a breading station with three shallow dishes: flour mixed with garlic powder, beaten eggs, and a mix of breadcrumbs and crispy onions.
  • Coat each chicken breast in the flour, dip into the eggs, and then press into the breadcrumb mixture.
  • Place the coated chicken on a greased baking sheet.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes until cooked through and golden brown.
  • Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before slicing.
