- 4 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup crispy fried onions
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup breadcrumbs (preferably panko)
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Set up a breading station with three shallow dishes: flour mixed with garlic powder, beaten eggs, and a mix of breadcrumbs and crispy onions.
- Coat each chicken breast in the flour, dip into the eggs, and then press into the breadcrumb mixture.
- Place the coated chicken on a greased baking sheet.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until cooked through and golden brown.
- Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before slicing.
