Instructions
- Pound the chicken breasts to an even thickness and set aside.
- Prepare three shallow bowls for breading: flour mixed with spices, beaten eggs, and breadcrumbs.
- Dredge each chicken breast in flour, dip in eggs, and coat with breadcrumbs.
- Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering.

- In a saucepan, warm honey and hot sauce together for the hot honey sauce.
- Drizzle the hot honey sauce over the cooked chicken cutlets and serve immediately.
