  • Total Time: 45

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 large chicken breasts (sliced into cutlets)
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 large eggs (beaten)
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs (Panko recommended for extra crunch)
  • 1/2 cup hot honey (store-bought or homemade)
  • Vegetable oil for frying

Instructions

  • Prepare your chicken cutlets by slicing them evenly and pounding them to a uniform thickness.
  • Set up a breading station with flour, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in one bowl, beaten eggs in another, and breadcrumbs in a third.
  • Coat each cutlet in the flour mixture, dip in the egg, and then coat with breadcrumbs, pressing them on.
  • Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat until hot.
  • Carefully place the cutlets in the hot oil, cooking for 4-5 minutes per side until golden and crispy.
  • Remove cutlets from the skillet and place on paper towels to drain excess oil.
