  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish, optional)

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  • Wash and scrub the russet potatoes thoroughly.
  • Cut the potatoes into wedges.
  • Combine olive oil, minced garlic, oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  • Toss the potato wedges in the bowl until coated.
  • Spread the wedges out on a lined baking sheet.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through.
