Instructions
- Trim chicken breasts into 1-inch wide tenders and pat dry.
- Set up a breading station with flour, beaten eggs, and a mixture of breadcrumbs, Parmesan, and garlic.
- Coat each chicken tender in flour, egg, and then breadcrumbs, pressing to adhere.
- Heat 1/4 inch of vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Fry the tenders for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
- Drain on paper towels and let rest before serving.
