  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika (optional, for extra flavor)

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Wash the baby potatoes thoroughly and cut them in half for quicker cooking.
  • In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat, then add the minced garlic. Cook for about 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  • In a large bowl, combine the halved potatoes, garlic butter, salt, pepper, and paprika. Toss to coat evenly.
  • Spread the potatoes cut-side down on the baking sheet.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, until golden brown and crispy on the edges.
  • Once done, remove from the oven and sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving.
