- 2 pounds baby potatoes
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Wash the baby potatoes thoroughly and cut them in half for quicker cooking.
- In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat, then add the minced garlic. Cook for about 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- In a large bowl, combine the halved potatoes, garlic butter, salt, pepper, and paprika. Toss to coat evenly.
- Spread the potatoes cut-side down on the baking sheet.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, until golden brown and crispy on the edges.
- Once done, remove from the oven and sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving.
